Overuse of a strong lemony cleaner that lasted over an hour with the a/c on and requested their help to pull on and later off the ceiling fan short cord to help clear out the strong odor. It gave me a migraine like headache. Dan Katz in my party, stayed downstairs and had the same problem and had to take two ambien pills to deal with it. Requested 2 nd night not to clean my room as a result. It worked but smell at my door was still strong. I wasn’t bothered by the large hole in the bathroom door but having no elevator to the 2nd floor was inconvenient for my knees and heavy baggage. Staff was nice but it took over 40 minutes to check my party of 3 in. Nice gal at desk had difficulty finding the reservations (had my Expedia #) for each of us. Mix up with accepting my $100.00 cash deposit she accepted and using my card. Asked for receipt 3 times and never received it. She asked for my email to send it, not received. Got a call while driving home from Teresa saying I left my $100.00 there. It was to take the “hold” (unknown to us) off of my charge card per lady who accepted it. Teresa said to call the hotel on Tuesday to confirm as she knew nothing about that. Would not recommend this place at all.
