Make unforgettable memories at Darling Daisy's Retro Retreat! Nestled on a lush East County hillside, this 2017 Retro Riverside Trailer captures the charm of vintage Teardrop or Canned Ham trailers from the 1930s to the 1960s while offering all the modern amenities you need. Ideal for families or friends, Darling Daisy comfortably sleeps 4 guests and provides a private entrance and ample free street parking.
To help ensure a smooth stay, all guests are required to complete a brief rental agreement and point-of-contact form after booking. Check-in instructions will be sent once this is completed.
### Cozy and Comfortable
Darling Daisy is a spacious vintage-style trailer with approximately 250 square feet of living space, featuring:
- An ultra-comfortable Queen bed that sleeps two adults
- Two cozy twin bunk beds perfect for kids or additional guests
- A charming vintage-style dining booth for meals and game nights
- A well-equipped kitchenette with a small stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster oven, and sink (no traditional oven)
- A pod-style coffee maker, tea, and basic kitchen essentials including cups, plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and silverware
- A small bathroom with a shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and RV toilet paper
- Ceiling AC unit and furnace for year-round comfort
- Roku Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, built-in stereo, and Bluetooth speaker for entertainment
- Access to a washer and dryer near the RV for added convenience

### House Rules and Policies
-Please note: all guests must complete a short rental agreement after booking. Check-in instructions are provided once the agreement is signed.
- One well behaved dog allowed with a **$75 pet fee** No cats or other animals allowed.
- Pets cannot be left alone in the trailer at any time due to safety concerns. You must take your pet with you at all times when you leave the property
- Quiet hours: 9 PM to 9 AM
- No parties or events
- Maximum occupancy: 4 people (including guests visiting the yard)
- **NO flushable wipes are allowed in the toilets**. Fees will be charged for clogged plumbing due to improper disposal
- **$100 extra cleaning fee** for stays over 20 days
- Guests staying over 7 days are responsible for additional paper towels, trash bags, and coffee once the starter kit provided runs out
- El Cajon can get very hot in the summer months; please be mindful of pet safety
### Shared Space and Neighborly Etiquette
This is a private property with a main residence where the host lives, two RVs, and a tiny home. Darling Daisy is located next to another retro trailer, Bettie Blue, and the tiny home, Birdie’s Hillside Hideaway. During your stay, other guests may be staying in these rentals. Please be mindful of noise and respect each other’s designated parking and yard areas.
