"Helpful staff clean rooms. Beds mattresses were hard and could not sleep well. Front entrance under maintenance and had to park go through bushes and rocks to get into facility. Charges $25 on my card $5 for parking which was an undisclosed fee. Will not be staying here again."

"The mattress was awful, unless you like sleeping on a super soft mattress. I had to leave the hotel a day early, as my back was hurting so badly. The breakfast was very good. The scrambled eggs, while runny a most of these places, was firm and properly done. The waffle maker worked fine and they came out just right. I don't drink coffee, but the apple juice was fine. "The property is nothing like you see on the website. The other location near Mall of America is excellent. This location was poor at best. The room was just okay with many little things that looked worn out or dated. It felt like we were in a drive-in motel. Our TV did not work at first and it took a while to figure out why that was. The breakfast was not great at all. They were out of many of the food options when we were there and staff didn't particularly seem to care or notice. We will not...

"Beautiful hotel! I wish they would have warned us the pool had closed down when we checked in, I came down in a swimsuit and towel and was super embarrassed! The room had a random wet spot on the floor, probably from cleaning. But it was still wet when we checked out. The room was SO nice, I will say that I wish the rooms had a microwave. The staff was incredibly kind, I could tell she was working hard covering check ins and the snack desk."

"The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and didn't have the musty smell that seems to be common. But the wall outlets were loose, the shower was dingy and moldy in the corners as well as the lower shower shelf was hanging on by a strip of caulking. Breakfast was gross. The food was stale. My husband had a carton of milk that was chunky. And the coffee was not good. I appreciated that there was plenty of parking spaces, but having to pay $15 a night was ridiculous....

"Good for a quick stay as a single person but not so much for a family imo. Clean for the most part. And staff are super helpful and nice. If you are driving personal car Parking is a $30 separate charge and no breakfast is served. 😆"
