"The property is nothing like you see on the website. The other location near Mall of America is excellent. This location was poor at best. The room was just okay with many little things that looked worn out or dated. It felt like we were in a drive-in motel. Our TV did not work at first and it took a while to figure out why that was. The breakfast was not great at all. They were out of many of the food options when we were there and staff didn't particularly seem to care or notice. We will not...

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. "Beautiful hotel! I wish they would have warned us the pool had closed down when we checked in, I came down in a swimsuit and towel and was super embarrassed! The room had a random wet spot on the floor, probably from cleaning. But it was still wet when we checked out. The room was SO nice, I will say that I wish the rooms had a microwave.
