"Seguramente, uno de las instalaciones más completas de Merano. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Muy buena zona de spa, con piscinas y saunas. Desayuno completo. Está en una zona residencial sin ruidos. Buena calidad de sueño. No está cerca del centro, pero Merano es una ciudad pequeña y tampoco se puede decir que esté lejos (a unos 15 min a pie) La pega principal es que está muy centrado en clientes que hablan alemán. Y aunque en el personal habla inglés e italiano, toda la documentación...

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English.
