  • Un hermoso y bien equipado apartamento en planta baja, en un desarrollo residencial tranquilo y seguro, nuestro objetivo es hacer del apartamento un hogar lejos del hogar, para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar de su descanso con comodidad.

    Ideal para parejas, grupos o familias que desean un fácil acceso a la ciudad, mucho espacio (100 metros cuadrados) en un entorno tranquilo.
    10 a 15 minutos a pie del extremo este de Princes Street, con estacionamiento privado.
    Un corto paseo a las muchas atracciones de Edimburgo, algunas cosas para mencionar, el Palacio de Holyrood, el Parlamento, el castillo, el teatro Playhouse, los jardines botánicos y la calle Princes.

    Nos enorgullece haber logrado el Premio de 3 estrellas del Scottish Tourist Board, así como el acceso de Categoría 3 para residentes con problemas de movilidad. Hemos recibido a muchos huéspedes con diferentes requisitos a lo largo de los años.

    El apartamento es la base perfecta para explorar Edimburgo y Escocia.

    Cocina grande, luminosa, limpia y bien equipada, hay lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, placa de gas, horno eléctrico, microondas, hervidor de agua, tostadora, cafetera de filtro y un Tassimo. Encontrará una buena selección de ollas y sartenes, cacerolas y bandejas de horno. Suministramos té, café, azúcar, bolsas de basura, papel de cocina, tabletas para lavavajillas, detergente en polvo, bolsas para congelador.
    Comedor independiente, con mesa y seis sillas.

    Tranquilo salón, 2 nuevos sofás de cuero de tres plazas, 3 sillones, TV, Sky, DVD, WIFI, estación de conexión para iPod.

    Dormitorio principal, cama king-size, baño con ducha grande.

    Dos dormitorios más, ambos con dos camas individuales.

    Baño con bañera y ducha.

    Toda la ropa de cama y toallas incluidas.

    2 cuna para niños, una silla alta, cochecito, tazones de plástico, platos, vasos, etc. disponibles si es necesario.

    La calefacción central de gas ofrece un ambiente cálido y acogedor durante todo el año, junto con agua caliente instantánea y constante.

    Acceso para sillas de ruedas, taburete para ducha disponible, pasamanos sobre la bañera y otro en la ducha, espacio de estacionamiento, premio de acceso de categoría 3 para huéspedes con problemas de movilidad del Scottish Tourist Board. Se admiten perros de asistencia, hay un parque para pasear a un perro a un minuto de distancia. Estoy feliz de proporcionar un tazón de agua. Hay una lupa. Tengo detalles de una tienda de movilidad que alquila scooters, sillas, etc., según sea necesario.

We loved everything about this apartment! It's a great location, plenty of space inside, and a very accommodating host. If we're ever back in Edinburgh, we're definitely going to try to stay here again.

Had a really lovely stay at Anj and Stu’s property in Padstow, everything was immaculately clean and every possible item you require in a kitchen was there for use. They even supplied tea, coffee and milk as well as chocolate biscuits which was very welcome after a long journey. Location was great and a short walk into town, it was a very quiet area too. I’d definitely stay again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Padstow.

A real home from home! The property was so thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Comfy beds, hot water, great showers, spacious rooms. Ideal for our stay.

What an amazing place in Edinburgh! Our family of six had a perfect time there because it was close to everything we needed, walking distance to the tram and close to grocery stores as well. Everything in the house is really easy to use as well so it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was really well equipped, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, books for the children etc. The host was there to welcome us and was very friendly. Great location close to Leith Walk with all it's shops and restaurants and trams to the city centre, but tucked away enough to be quiet. Highly recommend

Host gave clear instructions and helpful information, and was responsive when we had questions. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, and in beautiful condition, and she even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is quiet and ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of busy Edinburgh, but close enough to walk anywhere you might want to go.All 4 of us rate our stay 100 out of 100!

Wonderful apartment, lots of space, very clean and the Christmas tree was a really nice touch. Edele was incredibly helpful and friendly. Really good location and close to everything we needed. Definitely recommend anyone staying there.
