Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club
"The property is ok, needs some maintenance to get it back to its glory days. The room was clean although the bathroom floor had the grout missing between the tiles. You can hear next door through the walls and can be noisy. The Brasseria restaurant was not great. Staff seemed to be a little lost ..."

"Last minute stay and had a wonderful nights sleep after enjoying the spa and dining in their restaurant. Great location near Calton Hill, Howies, The Balmoral etc. And don’t forget to have a drink in the rooftop of The W hotel if it’s a pleasant day/evening, great views"

"Amazing place would recommend it every single time to solo travelers or those who want to be perfectly middle of the city. The only recommendation I would have is install fans in each one of the pods to keep it cool you can’t get quite warm. Also think about changing out the cloth shears at the end ..."

Apex Grassmarket Hotel
"This is a good option for being right in the center of Edinburgh. Lots of restaurant and shops nearby and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very helpful, My one complaint was that the room was over heated with no way of cooling it off but overall a nice Hote in a good location."
