"I was very disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned daily. We had to make our own beds. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only vacuumed 1 time. The window seals in the dining room were full of dead gnats and a spider. Plus the breakfast attended was not very happy with her duties and was not very nice. We had to go get clean towels."

"The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. "Property is rather old and certainly looks it; it would seem the 2.5 star rating is a relic of a bygone era. While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. "The facility was very dirty. Bugs were everywhere, even in the rooms and showers. Opening and closing the doors made so much noise. The breakfast could’ve been better if there were no flys around. I understand there was construction going on but then you keep the customers away from that floor or atleast give them rooms that aren’t affected by it. "It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell."
