"Rooms were clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. My one complaint is the tubs are really high walled. It will be difficult for kids or people with bad knees to get in and out of. My 8 year old fell while trying to get out it, was so high and everyone being wet."

If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. "I was very disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned daily. We had to make our own beds. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only vacuumed 1 time. The window seals in the dining room were full of dead gnats and a spider. Plus the breakfast attended was not very happy with her duties and was not very nice. We had to go get clean towels."

While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. "It was terrible it took like three minutes to get my hair wet in the shower. I have short hair and black mold on the ceiling,dirty toilet, stains on the sheets and no smoking room. Guess what if you don't smoke you will get a room with burn holes in the floor and smoke smell."

"The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu."
