"The room was clean, and room service was good. The hotel restaurant, which was supposed to be high end was very poor n poor customer service. The other problem was the check out process. Sea Shells Beach Club
"We stayed 3 nights at sea shells, then stayed 1 night at hard rock before returning to sea shells to end our trip- boy am I glad we ended it there. It was on such a high note. Clean rooms done with care. I've worked in hotels, so I am PICKY when it comes to my rooms. The room is cooler temperature ..."
