"As a lot of the previous reviews have mentioned, the reception staff were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Thanks Linda and Andrew! I got a complimentary upgrade to a 'superior suite' which was lovely. Decent size lounge, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, all nice and warm, clean, well maintained. Only very very minor criticism is the gym was very small and with 3 people in there at once really wasn't room to swing a kettlebell round! But that aside, a really good stay and I'm sure...

"Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to.
