Nice affordable place to stay.

The room was very nice and the wait staff at breakfast was exceptional!

Great location. Easy parking. Nice room. Only thing we did not like was that there was no coffee maker in room and also food choices very limited.

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location, walked to restaurants. 7 minute walk to Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater.

Not clean. Used fake eyelashes on bed. Fake nails on bathroom floor. Couches and chairs were horribly stained and crusty white spots. Obvious water damage on the bathroom cabinet. The ac vent in the bedroom for room 626 rattled with so much noise we were moved to another room. The TV guild in the bedroom didn't work and the bedroom phone was dead (no dial tone). The next room 608 was just as bad, every time the ac came on, the noise was so loud it woke me up. It was an awful night but I stayed because me daughter waa asleep and I was too tired to pack up and change rooms again. I discovered in the morning if I put a chair again the ac door the noise stopped, however it was too late and the chair also blocked the bathroom doorway. The staff were friendly and tried but are not hvac techs and it's not their fault. There is only so much they can do. I won't stay again and considering how much the room was I feel very taken advantage of when I could have spent the same money elsewhere and slept and not be afraid to go near the furniture or put anything on the furniture because it was so gross. I stayed at another Hilton the same weekend and had a completely different experience and had no complaints there. I would not recommend this Hilton.
