"This place is lovely. Clean, pretty, obviously loved and cared for by the owner. The bedding and towels are luxury quality and there are so many towels, pillows, blankets. So many dishes, pots, utensils , even a water dispenser. Entertainment inside and out. Large TVs, books, games, fire pit. The landscaping is like going to a small botanical garden. I didn't have a chance to go to the private beach. The owner was a pleasure to interact with."

"Everything about this stay was wonderful, Sandy and John were lovely hosts, the grounds and location absolutely beautiful and a "labor of love" clearly. Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to...

"It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. "The place wasn’t bad, it was close to what we needed for the weekend. There was no curtain on the front door which was a little odd since the home owners were on property and could see right in if they walked past. While the place wasn’t “dirty” there were a lot of flies especially in the bathroom. I’d say over 20 flies. Overall the stay wasn’t bad in anyway but I probably would book something else if I’m ever in the area again."
