Enjoy a spotless, fully renovated Cape-style home with a heated saltwater pool, perfect for unwinding. With a 5-night minimum stay and great midweek or weekly discounts, booking early means extra savings. Step into the fenced yard and be welcomed by a large pool set in a lush garden oasis. Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and well stocked kitchen area overlooks the pool and backyard, complete with a firepit, deck, outdoor dining, and gas grill. The first floor offers a king bedroom with a full tub/shower bath nearby, plus an office with desk. Upstairs, you’ll find a king ensuite with a walk-in shower and optional twin bed, and a third bedroom with a king bed and trundle that can be two twins or another king. This spacious room overlooks the pool and gardens, with a full bath just outside the door. Located in historic Eastham, you’re steps from the bike trail, minutes from beaches, and close to great restaurants and attractions. The heated saltwater pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, with possible early or late openings depending on the weather; if closed, the maintenance fee is waived.

Angie and Pete couldn’t have been better hosts! Pete maintained the pool meticulously and Angie over delivered on every request and question. The house is immaculate and if you like to cook and bake, you have every utensil and supply you need and more. We appreciated that the 3 bedrooms all had king beds and their own baths. Convenient for adult guests! Kudos to Angie & Pete for paying attention to every detail

Relaxing stay at a beautiful home. 10/10!

Angie and Pete were the most wonderful and thoughtful hosts. The home was ready on time and was extremely clean, well organized and filled with so many surprises like snacks, drinks, games etc. We couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms were perfect for our family of four (parents and two teenagers) and the pool was spectacular! The home was located in a lovely quiet neighborhood that is close to so many shops, beaches, restaurants and not far from many other towns so we had a chance to explore a lot of the Cape. There was an online manual with information about the home, appliances and check-in/check/out processes. They also left a binder full of ideas on where to eat and explore. Highly recommend this beautiful house. A perfect place to stay on the Cape with amazing hosts!

The host and the property were amazing. Everything you could want was there. They gave us a tour of the house when we arrived, it was beautiful, including a well manicured garden, and they were even snacks for us in the home. Everything was perfect. the bedding was comfortable, and the pool was very enjoyable. We do we utilized the beach chairs that were there as well as some of the pool toys. Thanks very much for a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Great vacation home

We loved the entire house. Modern kitchen, stocked with snacks. Beautiful garden and large heated pool. Quiet street, perfect for our toddler to practice bike riding. Convenient drive to beaches and Orleans and eastern restaurants. Highly recommend!

The hosts are exemplary The house had most items you would need from laundry detergent to beach towels to coffee to welcome basket with smore kits. The salt water pool was fantastic and the home comfortable and great location. hope to return again!

6 adults and 3 children. We had the best time ever! We all called this our escape To paradise! The house was perfect for our family. The layout was perfect and the decor was beyond amazing! The in-ground heated pool was great but the garden around the pool gave a paradise ambiance! More than enough room on the deck, around the pool and inside this beautiful beachy house. Angie and Pete were the best hosts you can find. Right there when we needed them to be, answered all our questions on which beaches were the best, which restaurants were the best! We would visit here again! Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. Saltwater pool is great, very clean. The house is well equipped, clean, fresh linens/towels, owners leave snacks, drinks, cheese/crackers etc. We enjoy Sunrises at Nauset light, and sunsets at First Encounter or Rock Harbor. Amazing

This was the best rental home ever. It is immaculate and so well stocked with snacks and drinks and even everything need for making s’mores by the outside fire pit. The pool is large with every floatie imaginable for the group. The owners are super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We were so comfortable in this quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area with easy access to restaurants, markets, ponds, and mini golf. A wonderful time was had by our entire family of 9.

Relaxing Cape Cod House

Beautifully decorated and recently renovated Cape Cod-style house. We relaxed and swam in the pool every day. Angie was great to work with and my family enjoyed the snacks on arrival. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

They thought of everything

Our family had a great stay. The home was super clean, w/fresh sheets & towels, lots of amenities we didn’t expect, all the way to beverages and snacks for the kids. The heated saltwater pool was great for the whole family, and the close proximity to the National Seashore is great. Peter and Angie are terrific hosts.

Perfect house for a perfect family vacation

This is the best house we stayed in so far. Kids are already asking to go back! As soon as you walk in, you are taken back by how clean, fresh amd exquisitely decorated it is. The beds are super comfortable with spotless bedsheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras in terms of drinks, snacks, etc. Angie and Pete have thought of everything! They made the check in / check out process super easy and made sure we had everything during our stay. The pool was the absolute favourite for the kids—which got cleaned up every two days. Overall an amazing experience! Highly recommended for families with kids! It will not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations!!!

Fantastic stay and even more fantastic host

Had a super time. Within a very short walk of the rail trail. This proved to be a great bonus. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with things we have never seen before with other hosts. The owners are fantastic. There was a brief power outage, and they personally brought us things to help us through it. Highly recommended

Beautiful Property

The house feels so fresh and clean, with so many nice touches. The pictures don’t do the interior of the home, the pool and garden area justice, the garden is beautiful! Unfortunately, it rained the majority of time we rented, so we didn’t get to use the outside Firepit ..another nice touch was a S’mores kit waiting for us in the kitchen. Next time!

Outstanding

Gorgeous, spacious, immaculate, modern home with every amenity you can think of. The pool and garden area is so beautiful and relaxing. Water temperature of the pool is perfect for a day or evening swim. The kitchen is a cook's dream. The house is right by the Rail Trail, it's in a great location to get to beaches, restaurants, etc. The hosts have thought of everything, they go above and beyond. Angie made us feel so welcomed into their home. It was a perfect end to the summer. 10/10

Lovely Eastham home

This lovely home in Eastham was beautifully maintained with a very welcoming pool. The location was perfect for access to the area beaches, the CCRT and the many local restaurants. Just an all around wonderful property.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time at the Eastham Pool House. The house was pristine and had everything we needed and more. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool and garden. The house is conveniently located 1 mile from First Encounter Beach which was terrific for our toddlers. I would absolutely recommend this house to others.
