"We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit. Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken."

"This was an overnight stay with my boyfriend. Check in was probably the most efficient I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie. The room was nothing grand but was clean and quiet with everything in working order. The complimentary breakfast was typical of this chain except they didn’t have gravy. Again, no biggie. ...

"Staff was really nice. The room was comfy for price and location. I did have to ask for sheet to remake bed and change pillow cases due to hair and eyeliner being on the sheets and pillows. Staff was very understanding. "

"At the price point we payed we fully expected dated and no amenities but not disgusting! The tub was so disgusting we put the bath mat INSIDE of it to stand on. The surfaces had traces of food and drink rings from the guest before us. Toothpaste splatters on the bathroom mirror from the guest before us. There was no toilet paper. The floors had visible bugs and hair and the bedding had rings. Directly upon arrival we went to the front office and told them the condition of the room and asked...

"The room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect for all we needed to do in the area. The issues we had were the light outside our room was so bright and the room does not have a black out curtain. The room was very bright all night. There is also a doorbell that someone had fun ringing in the middle of the night. We didn't get a very good night of sleep at all. I went to use the lotion and instead of lotion, out came a watery mess. I give credit to the...

"The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...
