"The hotel is in a prime location. The opera house and harbor bridge are nearby ~2kms. The botanical garden, art gallery are within walking distance. A lot of dining and pubs around. Good place to stroll around from the hotel. Frequent buses opposite to hotel for Central and Millars St.(QVB). I have enjoyed the stay. The room is a bit congested for 4. It was neat and clean. maintained well. The shower tap (Hot/Cold mixer) was not mixing properly. However, it can be easily fixed. Overall good...

"We stayed here four nights while visiting Sydney with my brother. It was nice to have a sleeping arrangement where we had a bed for the couple and a single each for our daughter her uncle. It's basically an apartment building so service was minimal but we didn't need it. There were a few maintenance issues in our room but the well equipped kitchen was nice to have. There's not much to do in the neighborhood but there are a few reasonably priced eateries and it's a short Uber/taxi from all the...

"We enjoyed our stay - the photos when booking were a little deceiving. The hotel was quaint, clean in a quiet location. Our room was a good size, except the bathroom, which was long and narrow - understandable given the heritage of the building, but we had a different impression when booking. We were not in the room all that much, and so not a deal breaker."
