"the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room. "

"Great hotel with great staff. There were a few cracks / rust in our shower but nothing to be worried about at all. The room was super clean and cozy. "

"Well the place has been under construction and I actually had to mop my room cuz it was Footprints everywhere there was no towels I had to go to the front desk and get them"

"Hotel was under a bit of construction so didn't appear super clean in lobby and halls but I imagine that once they are finshed, it'll be nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Quiet in the rooms and several food choice near by. Close to the airport with a shuttle. Staff was very friendly and accomodating of any needs. Most folks were staying for airport trips the next morning. Would stay again."

"The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Our room seemed recently updated and was clean. The whole hotel seemed in good condition. The area, though, is run down and a bit sketchy with homeless and addicts somewhat nearby. The property parking lot is fenced in, though, and no public restrooms are available, which helps keep it safer. We felt okay staying there with our two kids and baby. "
