  • Maravilloso Home Sólo 1/2 milla a la arena la playa del cuello

    Bellamente remodelado dos dormitorios, un rancho de baño. Esta casa es absolutamente nuevo en mayo de 2013. Los nuevos propietarios han hecho un trabajo maravilloso diseño y la decoración de esta maravillosa casa sólo media milla de arena la playa del cuello. Luminoso, espacioso y estaba impecable. Los pisos de madera brillan. El mobiliario es nuevo. Este es un gran alquiler para los inquilinos muy exigentes. Internet WiFi incluido

Classic Cape Cod cortage

Very clean had everything you needed, plus several beach chairs, pin pong table, cornhole. Better than expected a great value.

Cozy Beach rental

We enjoyed this super clean, private cottage so much! It was a safe, quick walk to Sandy neck beach which we fell in love with there. My kids loved the bunk beds and I loved the outdoor shower! Laundry in basement was a huge plus!

This rental was comfortable for our 3 person family. Can easily fit 2 adults, 2 children. Air mattress also available in the closet, if needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cooking tray, silverware, plates and cups, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven. Nice small deck off the back of the house including a table and a grill, which unfortunately we chose not to use due to the influx of mosquitoes! Nice yard for the kids to run around. Access to the washer and dryer was convenient if needed. Must use outdoor bilco door entry on side of house. Beach chairs and boogie boards available in the basement! The house was exceptionally clean, well taken care of, and updated. The house is on the access road to Sandy Neck Beach, not a bad walk (sidewalk on the side of road), but could be a haul for smaller children. Parking is available for a daily fee of 30. Note: You can leave and return or visit other Barnstable beaches once you purchase the daily pass. Parking free after 5pm. Beach is rocky, don't forget water shoes.Two things to note:1. House is on septic - be prepared to supply only 1 ply toilet tissue, if you shop before arrival to the house2.Driveway can be a little tricky to get out of during peak beach times, found it best to back in for easier exit. Responsive communication with the Realty Company/Host when a small issue came up. Overall, would stay again if we were to return to area. Easy check in/check out.

Beautiful area, nice accommodations. Easy payment and ability to correspond with realtors. You may need to change the description from queen bed to full size. Update the TV guide in the binder and opt for different package, channel slection was poor. Better information regarding laundry, this is not adequate for older people going outside and down cellar steps. Although the beach entrance maybe 1/4 mile, when walking the actual beach is almost a mile.

Ants and unsafe situation

Place was clean but tons of ants around kitchen windows and counter. Found 1 in my coffee. Umbrella on deck not secure and fell onto my husband Asked owner to contact us after our stay but she never did.

Adorable house, walking distance to the beach

House was great! So neat and clean. Walking distance to Sandy neck beach. A little disappointed with how rocky the beach was but other than that we had a great week!
