"This was truly a 5 star stay for me and my family. I loved the newly remodeled house and all of the new appliances. The house was very clean.c neat and organized. It felt like home. Jerrod the host, really made our stay as comfortable as it could be. Such a kind and friendly man. He even offered me some home cooked dinner from his smoker! The home was very secure and safe. "Excellent location for visiting St Louis University. Checking in late at night was annoying, because there was no one in person and I had to fill out forms over the Internet on my phone. Free parking is nice but it was a longer walk than I expected (12 minutes)"

"Horrible check-in experience. Code to get into building did not work. After some time we got lucky and someone let us in. Code to lockbox was wrong. Called the contact in email, who never answered or responded. Called all contacts I could find. Finally got a live support person who gave the correct code. Once inside, was a bit disappointed with the unit. Concrete floors, spartan furnishings, double bed. Wi-Fi code didn't work. On the plus side, it's close to everything at Ballpark Village."

"Great location that had everything within walking distance. The host gave very clear instructions to get into the building, so that was helpful. Ceiling fans had dust on them and need to clean under the bed but otherwise it was very clean. Recommend Blondie’s for coffee and breakfast."

"Very cozy and easy to get to and from where we were going. Quiet neighborhood, really enjoyed it. Will definitely stay again "

"For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds."

"In town for our daughter's graduation from SLU. Brought Grandma, 2 kids, and the dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced front and back yard were such a plus. The house was very clean and Jeff was extremely responsive. Also close to lots of bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend!"

"The home was very clean & properly supplied. Dr Koura was very quick to respond to any issue that arose. Me & my bridal party were comfortable & enjoyed the claw foot tubs in the baths. A nice bonus is the private little deck & yard in back! Thank you Dr Koura!"

"This property was perfect for what my parents and I needed to enjoy our stay in St. Louis. It was a quaint little home to come back to and enjoy each others company after our busy days of venturing out and about. The amenities that were included were great, the beds were so comfortable and the location was ideal, close to just about anything you to see. Dan was phenomenal to communicate and work with as well.
