"Beautiful waterfront with marina for the boating crowd and more. Very nice Little resort - clean room. Check in and out was easy. Coffee and ice and mini fridge in room. Bed sheets pillows all very comfortable. Lovely water views and sunrise. Nice little patio as well. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us! "

"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"Stayed here for a week with my family and we had a great time. Great location and all of the amenities we needed. Only thing missing was beach chairs but we made do. "

"The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed."

"We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. "

"Lovely house, all the amenities we needed, very clean, and great communication from the Blake. Easy walk to all the sites in St Augustine. Parking was easy, left the car for the whole of our stay in front of the house."

"Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. "

"We had such a nice time at this amazing home. I booked this property with the intention of having more family members present, but plans changed. My husband and I had the home to ourselves, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was just like being at home. I am very particular about cleanliness and find myself having to clean hotel rooms and rentals to my standards most of the time and still feel grungy about them sometimes. Not the case here!! "We were so pleased with our stay! The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptionally nice, the location was terrific. Close enough to stroll into town for shopping and restaurants and places of interest which was super nice not to have to find and pay for parking. We will be back! "

"This property is simply amazing! Bathrooms in every bedroom, a huge gathering space on the top level and an elevator for groceries and/or those who wish not to do the stairs. The pool, the yard and the wildlife were enjoyed by all. The views are fabulous, and in September, it was like having our own private beach. We hope to stay here again!"

"The cottage was perfect for me and my nephew. We had separate rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The back bed through the former laundry room was so comfortable!
