"The company falsely advertised the Loxwood hotel on the website. The hotel that was advertise is located about 2 blocks away from the hotel and it's called The Gallery. I can't imagine how many other guests who thought that they were paying for the Loxwood and ended up paying for a different hotel called The Gallery. "My stay was great. The property is very close to the A&C mall as well as other restaurants. The staff at the property were very helpful. Internet connection was great and i enjoyed the city view of my room. There is no restaurant in the hotel there are many restaurants around. "

"I got to the hotel and they told me it’s fully booked. I had made payments on hotels.com and everything. Next thing I know is they are making calls to dumb me at a random hotel without my knowledge. After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am....
