Its location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making travel hassle-free. Plus, having a supermarket only 50 meters away was incredibly convenient for daily essentials. A great choice for both short and extended stays!"

"The hotel staff were very kind and very helpful. The rooms were always kept clean. It was safe and the restaurants in the area were excellent and tasty. However, there were days when I couldn't sleep because of the construction noise early in the morning. I would like to use this hotel again next time."

"The staff of Roland House was so kind and polite with us. They offer all kind of facilities. The accomodation was comfortable and the location was very well located, in a quiet aera, near to bus stop and underground station. Thank you so much, we will return!"

"We liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. A/c was great with the hot weather. Close to the tube and downtown. Bikes for rent. There was an issue and staff were responsive and took care of the issue.I"

"We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night. "

"Our stay here went very smoothly. We were contacted ahead of our check in date to confirm the time of our arrival. We were able to leave our bags with reception until our room was ready and the staff went out of there way to accommodate some of our needs. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Communication was above and beyond!"

"Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit."

"Fantastic boutique hotel - spacious living area, comfy bed, fluffy towels, remote controlled air conditioning, nice kitchen area and a great location. Absolutely nothing to fault ( no lift which is worth bearing in mind but a gem of a place to stay)."

"The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels...
