"This was an absolutely beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Oxford just steps from Westgate Mall, which literally saved us during the 100-degree F heatwave! The owner blamed it on the email platform that (apparently) did not transmit the info. That may well be the case, but in any event, he did not take any notice of the messages asking for info until 5 hours after the theoretical check-in time."

"The location is great, being a shortish walk into the city with plenty of bus options. The layout of the flat is good for the price but I had some issues with comms with owner - no 'welcome' explaining parking, when access details would be passed on so I had to chase that the day before. Access is easy and great not to worry about keys. In the flat the tower fan didn't work - luckily we were past the 32 degrees plus heat but it was still high 20's. Also limited crockery/glasses, no baking tray...

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"
