"Vassar visitors: stay here! Le Chambord is comfortable and well-maintained. It is a historic property that has clearly been well kept by the Curry sisters! The bedroom was HUGE - furnished beautifully with a desk, dresser, couch, chair, mini-fridge, closet, and a king sized bed. "Just off the Vassar campus and a couple blocks from dining district (heavy on pizza, Mexican and other student-friendly fare, but some “real” restaurants also), with on-site parking lot that has several charging stations. "The Factory is interesting. It is really more like an Airbnb right next to a hotel . So all the amenities of a hotel and the independence of an Airbnb . Alex and Meghan AMAZING!! They made me feel so welcome . Beacon is really sweet and make a reservation at Moreish for high tea . Weekends are the way go in Beacon . "

"The apartment was great. The location was perfect for some local hiking. Parking was available in the back of the house. The owner lives on the first floor. To have a good check-in experience, make sure you visit his rental website to reply to check-in questions - replying to emails from that website will not reach him. The owner is not necessarily on the property during check-in hours and needs to know your planned arrival time. "
