"its a great historic house with a large living space. Everything is updated. walking distance to downtown and the river. We were in town for a funeral and visiting relatives so we only used the house for sleeping, showering and getting dressed. the house was clean and well stocked with towels and everything we needed. "The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. "

"Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.Picnic table was peeling paint, splinters, and unusable.Easy fixes to make this an enjoyable stay. This place just needs a little love."

"This is an old motel that has been converted into short stay apartments. The check in process is not as stated there is no lock box for the key, you have to get this from the Days Inn located in the next building to get a key. The kitchenette is limited, no coffee machine and very limited utensils. The listing stated there was a hair dryer, which there was not. The place is clean, the beds have soft mattresses (too soft for me, but this is a personal preference). It worked for our short stay,...
