"10/10 hotel for a good weekend trip. Laundry room is coin op so bring some coins or ask the front desk. Also they provide detergent too. Breakfast was amazing!! Transportation from the hotel was a plus! Thank you comfort inn!!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and their communication felt unprofessional, especially during checkout.
I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my son’s 3rd birthday, but there was no acknowledgment at all—not even a simple “happy birthday.” It felt like we were completely overlooked, which was upsetting given the occasion.
Overall, this was one of the least welcoming Hilton experiences I’ve had."

"Had a great time in Boston. Was a little discouraged by the exuberant fees that I didn’t see listed. Maybe I missed a document but he prepared to drop the price of another night upfront when you arrive. The location is nice and right outside one of the train stations. "

"Everything was top shelf here granted there was only one robe in the room and they should've been 2
And there was a little confusion over the room I had booked
But the staff was amazing and the hotel is immaculate. The food in the restaurant really good I mean really good.
I watched my girl smile when she took a bite of her lobster dish and say it was the best she ever had
And when I asked for help, and when I asked for a favor

"We have stayed at this property before. This time was a bit of a disappointment. We let them know it was our 26th annivasary and nothing. Have run a inn guests want to feel seen, important. Our room was small for the price we paid. The bathroom shiw was not cleaned with old soap tried on the inside and mold on the ceiling. Mind you this was only one room, the fact tgat they have a restaurant on property is nice. Also a breakfast/coffe place but my suggestion is if check out is at 11 stay open...
