"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"Stayed for 2 nights on Sat & Sun 6-8th December. We were greeted with a very busy pub but extremely attentive staff who could not do enough to make us feel welcome.
The room was well furnished with a retro vibe. If I am being over critical, I would say that the carpet in the room could do with a clean and the bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade.
