"This house was very nice. The pool area was the biggest hit for the family. Love the size of pool, the easy in and easy out in the shallow end. There are plenty pool toys and towels supplied. Hot tub was very relaxing. Kitchen and bathrooms have plenty of supplies. "

"It was great to have a little home base while we explore and hike the surrounding area. We also had it pretty nice and cool. Be warn, it doesn’t stay super cool all day as it was hot. It was around the 90s and the ac barely kept the place at 78 during the day. But you’re supposed to be out anyways. Pleasant stay."

"Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

"My mom and I spent the weekend here and absolutely loved our stay. We were in the area to hike and eat some yummy local foods. This place was perfect for a quiet getaway where we were able to relax, go hiking, watch movies and go out to some local brewery and pubs. It had all the amenities needed, even some yoga mats to stretch after hiking all morning. Perfect for A quiet hiking getaway "
