Good location to start a visit to Anza-Borrego State Park, which is only 4 miles away. We enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. The property is dated, large rooms but lacking a modern feeling. Our second time staying here. It was great just like the last time. Very clean great location only thing different. This time is the pond was dried up. Other than that it’s a great place. We will be staying again. Julian was a pretty cool little town on Halloween night
