"We had a great stay at Pheasant Hill, and would stay again on our next trip up to Julian! Easy check-in and great communication with our hosts. Very convenient location to Main Street and Julian itself exceeded our expectations. Our dog Franklin especially enjoyed the accommodations. "

"This home was absolutely the perfect family vacation place. My son got married on Sacred Mountain and this was the perfect place to gather. We loved this home!"

"Amazing house in the perfect location. Short walk to Eagle Mining and Downtown Julian. House is spacious and kid friendly, hot tub was perfect at night for looking at the stars. Can not recommend enough, will come back again. Thank you! "

"As the description suggests, this is a tiny little house. Kitchen is good for pre-made food brought in to store and eat. Bed is comfy and the place had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Julian."

"Great space, great location, the view from the home was amazing. Our group had a great time. Just about 5 minutes from DT Julian. Host was professional and prompt. Would recommend, thank you again!!"

"I booked this for my husband bc his friends were camping at the campground down the street and he didn’t want to camp as it was cold outside. He loved it so much, he didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect little house complete with a coffee maker, microwave, updated bathroom/shower, large comfy bed and the cutest patio. He keeps talking about it, so we will rebook soon."

We had everything we needed to make it the “glamping” experience we were going for. Even the pillows were comfortable (and that can sometimes be a hit or miss). We loved it so much, we decided to extend our stay, which we took advantage of right away after seeing a magnet on the refrigerator that it was offered for a 50% discount. "Sweet cottage, perfect for our family of 4.Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels/blankets. Appliances look new. Didn’t do any cooking on this trip but kitchen looked well stocked with anything we would need. Cara was easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy. Good location near downtown."
