"Easy check in and check out. Very clean, bed comfortable. Good bathroom and shower. Nice balcony with view of the ocean. Short walk to beach. Just a personal thought: earth tone colors are not beachy. "

"This was the perfect accommodation for the solo traveler, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach, dining places, and the lighthouse. I loved the personal touches in the beautifully appointed apartment, including a great library. It was very clean and quiet. I hope to return here! "

"Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!"

"Had a great time at St Simons Island. The condo was convenient to everything. We visited the lighthouse, Ft Frederica, and the WWII Homefront Museum and of course the beach and pool. The only thing missing in the condo was ice for drinks -- but we bought a bag and all was good. We would stay there again."

"Perfect for my family to relax during a golf tournament. The host, David, reacted quickly to a small issue on arrival. The issue was resolved quickly and we had no other issues during our short stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The location is off a main road so there is some road noise but we were so tired after full days it did not bother us."

"The property was exactly as described and was in easy biking distance of everything. The host was super friendly and the space was really nice."

"Loved it. The outside area was amazing for our pup. Outside shower and could complete enclose the back deck area if you want to. Great location. 5 minute drive to the beach and pier market village. Redfern Village was basically across the street. Would definitely stay here again."

The house itself definitely has good bones but could use some updates. We were there during cooler weather, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I imagine it could be pretty uncomfortable...
