"We loved our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and our room was so spacious. The bed was so comfy, and shower was a good size and great water pressure. The apartment is in a residential area, about a 10-12m uber ride to Trastevere and about 20m to the airport, so it was perfect for our last night. Also, there is a little convenience store right next to the apartment, which was great to get snacks and water. Also, the host is really nice and helpful."

"At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4...

"Our stay at Hilton Rome EUR La Lama was largely excellent. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. Michael, the valet on duty at arrival and departure, was outstanding and provided truly professional service. Unfortunately, a serious incident on April 23, 2026 overshadowed our experience. The breakfast and dining area was great. The neighbourhood was great for grocery and other shopping. Highly recommend staying hete."

"The hotel itself was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and the staff was great throughout our visit. The only issue was the shower. Each time we showered, a large amount of water leaked out onto the bathroom floor, creating a significant puddle. It seemed like the shower door or seal wasn’t containing the water properly. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else about the room and hotel experience was very good."
