"The hotel looked nice from the outside but the rooms are definitely very old. It is way too expensive of a stay for how old the rooms are. Also there should be free parking but parking costs like $26 a night which is a little unbelievable. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest .."

"Excellent! Cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Stanton House Inn. The property is meticulously maintained, the house is as gracious and welcoming as the staff. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed with a mix of modern touches and lovely antiques. The staff is the heart of the home, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious—healthy options as well as homemade indulgences. We cannot wait for another visit!"

"Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking. "Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."
