"Meh. Fine for a one-night pit stop. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Standard breakfast bar. The room had a musty smell, felt humid, and was a bit dated. It also didn't feel as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, it's an okay value if you just need a place to sleep for the night."

"The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side."

"If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. "We had a very late (1:30 AM) check-in. We were greeted at the door. When the front desk was checking us in, we mentioned we hadn't had dinner due to delayed flights. She came out with a bag of bagels, yogurt, muffins and water. It was beyond appreciated! The hotel layout was unique. The room was great and very clean. Nothing but good things to say. We normally stay at top of the line hotels and were pleased at the level of quality and service."

"The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! "How can you expect kids or customers to sleep on bloody sheets with urine and blood on mattresses and not refund our money when we immediately left after checking in. There was nothing nice, clean or good about this property. We checked in late close to 10pm. When we walked in the room there was a horrendous smell, with red stains all over the carpet and it felt dirty. I took pictures of everything because it was unreal. "We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future."

"Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management."
