"Super cute, comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. Check in was so easy! Communication with host - excellent. Not far from LSU and especially if you are going to a ballgame - house is on the south side of town so that when the game ends you are going with the contra flow and not against! We will stay again. "The house was very clean. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable , the shower / tub were nicely done. The host was very responsive to requests for information. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood within 4 blocks of downtown. Easy access to the freeway and close to Tiger Stadium, we were in town for a game. "

"This house was a short 5-7 minute drive to LSU where we had to move our son in for college this weekend. We appreciated having a washer & dryer to launder some items we got for him in Baton Rouge since we flew in from out of state. The decor is inviting and pretty. The owners welcomed us with a friendly message and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking when we arrived. Very nice touch!"

"Property was awesome!! Great location extremely clean and fully equipped! We stayed 8 days as we move our baby into LSU .. so convenient. I even had amazon items delivered to the property and left on the porch! No porch thieves. My only recommendation is to get a mini split for the back room as it get a little too toasty back there even with a fan. It was not unbearable but some days a little uncomfortable for my aunt who stay back there. But overall I will stay again. The host was awesome, we...

"This was a great stop on our way home from Florida to Texas. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the house is spacious and as described. We will definitely book again if we can get away for an LSU home game against Alabama or Auburn! :D"

"This is the second year we have rented this listing. We love everything about the location, cabin, waterfront, and especially the fabulous view from the living room large glass window. Thank you, Dennis, for always taking care of our every need. We will be back next year! "

"This is a really cool place. It was super convenient to all the things we needed to move our son into his apartment for college. "Location was convenient for the LSU game. The property that we rented was well furnished and clean. Unfortunately, the water was off, but the host did allow us to use the adjacent property additionally. Overall, the situation was awkward but the host did refund part of the rate. The adjacent property was in need info some repairs but we all made it work."

"Great place for a family weekend away from our normal busy life. Less than 10 minutes from places to order good food. We recommend the Swamp burger from Boondocks! Going home actually refreshed and relaxed after a family weekend is always a win! "
