You’ll be only fifteen minutes from Tiger Stadium, the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, and Alex Box Stadium—perfect for catching LSU football, basketball, and baseball games.
Downtown Baton Rouge and the State Capitol are about 20 minutes away. Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is roughly 25–30 minutes from the property, and New Orleans Louis Armstrong Airport (MSY) is about an hour away. The greater New Orleans area is accessible in approximately an hour and 15 minutes.

We had the most delightful stay. The neighborhood was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Baton Rouge. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and provided nice extra touches. We were able to enjoy the patio, cook out, and eat dinner outside one night. The neighborhood is walkable, and our daughter enjoyed an afternoon by the pool. We look forward to returning for future visits!

This little gem is one of my new favorite places. We frequent Lafayette, Baton Rouge and New Orleans often but this is my new fave and go-to! The pictures are accurate but it's even better in person - so inviting, pristine and peaceful! Ranjani was such a pleasant and responsive host. She cares and wants to ensure her guests are happy.

It was such a great stay. In all the places we have stayed the apt was so clean, nice, and comfortable. It was a safe quiet neighborhood and Ranjani is amazing. She is so welcoming and really wants you to feel at home and safe. We stayed and went to the game with some of our family.

Ranjani is the best host ever. Very attentive to all our needs. Always greets us to make sure we have everything we need. Apartment is always clean, and she even provides snacks for us when we arrive. The property is pretty and in a nice and quiet neighborhood! Just a short drive to Baton Rouge and not far from New Orleans! Property manager was nice and very easy to communicate with if an issue needed addressed! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience! Property was beautiful, immaculate and very, very comfortable in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely seek out this property again on a return trip to Baton Rouge.
