"Perfect venue for 70th bday party. We enjoyed the hot tub and plenty of games for the kids. Comfortable, cosy rooms and large dining area. Close to Tyndale monument for a lovely walk with stunning views! Susannah was always responsive and offered lots of tips/help leading up to the weekend. Thank you again. "

Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Would stay again as felt high end especially the bed but I did stay Sun- Tues so extremely quiet."

"I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others."

"Very comfortable property. Had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. The extras in the fridge (orange, bread, milk) were great along with the bits for tea and coffee. Great location. Would recommend."

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
