"Wonderful stay in a 3 bed apartment. Clean, dark and soundproof for ease of sleeping and all we needed. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is great in a fairly quiet area but close enough to walk to a pub or shops."

"Nice, enjoyable, relaxing weekend. Everything was there. We will do it again."

"The place was nice and accomodating for huge group of family and we enjoyed our stay. Only negative is that the house was old and the some areas were not clean and we had a frog that came out of the toilet and the shower pressure was low when all bathrooms were used. But overall great and chill place to stay we saw a lot is stars at night and the pool was great and best thing was the coffee machine "

"Plenty of space, good air conditioning, pleasant views, excellent kitchen facilities and amenities and a friendly host. Very happy."

"Lovely cottage in Broke. Had everything we needed. Great place to get ready before a wedding. Large and roomy. Outside fire pit supplied with timber was fantastic. The outside deck probably needs to be replaced soon as boards were rotting, but inside maintenance was perfect. "

"Great location, loved the games shed and extra accommodation, lots of room for our pops 80th bday. We didn’t appreciate the camera in back yard. Not necessary, invade of privacy. A lot of people wouldn’t come back cause of this. Overall lovely house."

"Absolutely Stunning home! The whole house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely love to return in the future! "

"This is an amazing property with plenty of space, beautiful grounds and lovely views. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and bbq area for entertaining large groups and special extras like fresh flowers scattered throughout the house which is a very lovely touch. Communication and help from our host Colette was second to none. Thank you so much for making or stay a special one!"

"Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great"

"As sent already yesterday. When we first arrived at the cabin, it looked very unkept, spider webs everywhere on the outside building but then we went inside, and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't locate the Wi-Fi password and were on SOS which was disappointing. We were also very concerned with the dog on site as there was no one around in the main house. We filled up it's empty water bowl as it was very hot, felt sorry for the poor thing."

"Beautiful property with fun for the whole family. Motocross tracks for the riders, dams or pool to swim in, eggs to collect from the chickens, horse, cows & alpacas to greet. What more would you want! House was perfect & our large group ranging from 96 to 4 years old had a holiday we will remember forever! Loved it!!"

"Stunning property with views of the mountains ! Fire pit was made up and ready to go when we got there with plenty of timber to keep it going all weekend. Well maintained place will definitely be back "

"The property itself was great however I don't think I would book again. The open ceilings are not practical for a houseful of people trying to sleep when you can hear everything in all rooms. There were "caretakers" onsite on Saturday night drinking and playing pool in the shed which is in the driveway. They were perfectly nice when one of our male occupants went over to see what the noise was, but if I was there with just women I would have felt uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a...
