"Inn has modern bathrooms, good A.C., good WiFi, and breakfast was included and made fresh. The staff Vi & Nga were very helpful with making sure I got breakfast in time, since I needed to get going early and didn’t have much time. The inn was also very helpful in holding my luggage for a few hours while I did some stuff in the morning. If you’re a solo traveler looking to stay close to the citadel, it’s a very good option.

"Honestly one of the best places I stayed in Vietnam, everything is new, clean and comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, and the pool was just right for the hot weather. Location is amazing, next to the river and the city centre. I would stay more days if I could. Highly recommend!"

"I appreciated value and location and the accommodating of this hotel. It’s centrally located but tucked away on a side street so it is nice and quiet.
Everyone working the front desk was lovely - especially Linda I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday in and at breakfast she came out with a mini cake for me and played happy birthday over the speakers in the dining room. I was so touched by that gesture and she really made my birthday special.

"We had a two night stay at the Mondial Hotel Hue.
The staff were amazing.
They were very welcoming and said hello everytime we saw one of them. They were very attentative as well.
Our room was very good and we had a garden terrace as well, which was beautiful.
We had Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the usual amenities. "

"The rooms are modern, spacious and well equipped, with everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. We were also fortunate to have a large balcony with a lovely view across Hue, which was a really nice feature and one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is also convenient, being only a five-minute drive or around a 20-minute walk from many of the city’s main attractions.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by several issues. The biggest problem was the noise....

"Great location and price. The facilities were a bit older than others in this brand, but it was clean and comfortable. The outstanding thing was the staff. I forgot my passport in my room safe and arranged for a taxi driver to pick it up and bring to me in Da Nang. The hotel staff were PERFECT in helping me with this. They made the driver video the contents of everything he picked up and then sent me the video. This was incredibly helpful!! Thank you, thank you!!"
