"This place is amazing. Driving in you feel instantly relaxed. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from inside the house and the back verandah is gorgeous. Plenty of boardgames and dvds for down time. Sadly we didn't catch many fish but still enjoyed our time on the water. "This is the second time I have stayed at Kingfisher house. It is a beautiful home, clean and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with every appliance and item you will require, blankets for comfort during cooler weather and aircon and fans for warmer days and evenings. "As usual (we've stayed at 'The Duk' many times now), we had a lovely 2 weeks at the Duk 'n' Willa cottage. "I was initially booked into a pet friendly accommodation however we had a last minute change which did not allow pets. I had to find somewhere for my small dog. The fire alarm battery needed replacement and I notified the company responsible for looking after the property but they didn't replace it which meant I had to remove the battery and the smoke alarm was disabled for our entire 7 night stay.
