I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. "What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it."
