"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony."

"From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. "I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off.
