"The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!"

"Badet,da spesielt sluk bør oppgraderes.Renhold på bad bør bli bedre.Vanskelig å kommunisere med renholderne da de ikke snakker engelsk.Basseng bør rengjøres mer.Utenom dette er hotellet fantastisk.De ansatte er høflige,maten er generelt sett bra og flotte uteområder. Bartenderne i de to barene er fantastisk.Vi kommer gjerne igjen."

"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. "Bra hotell lite utanför själva partycentralen. Tryggt och säkert men slitet. Min balkong hade hotellets AC-aggregat utanför så ljudnivån var allt annat än angenäm. Bra men lite enformig mat. Mycket trevlig personal som tog väl hand om gästerna. (Bortsett från badvakten/Handdukskillen som var sjukt otrevlig.) Om man gillar All inclusive så är det ett bra hotell. "Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."

"This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. "

"Vastaanotto auki 24/7 joten myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivoojat siistivät huoneen päivittäin, siellä oli raikas tuoksu. Ruoka ei ollut suomalaiseen makuun kovin hyvää ja lounaalla ja illallisella aina samat ruoat lähes päivittäin. Aktiviteetit ei myöskään toteutuneet kun ei tarpeeksi osallistujia. Sijainti oli hyvä ja oma yksityinen ranta omalla rantabaarilla plussaa."
