"Elevator broken. Made things difficult. Did not like our partial ocean view room. Bathroom was not updated properly. Rusted hole on floor of shower. Old tile. Shampoo bottles glued to wall and one fell off on my foot. Food is great. Valet excellent. However pool too cold and filled with kids throwing balls so hard to safely use "

"We just stayed overnight while traveling. The evening check-in clerk never smiled and wasn't welcoming, so we were expecting a less than stellar experience. We were pleasantly surprised. The beds were quite comfortable. The only noise came from another guest blaring his TV at 3:00 in the morning, but that is not the fault of BW. The free breakfast was awesome, providing many more options than we expected. The lady overseeing that area was incredibly friendly, as was the clerk we spoke to at...
