"At first I was a bit disoriented as you won't find a traditional 'welcome' desk or reception, but the people at the bar were friendly and very helpful. My room was cozy and VERY quiet. I had the best sleep! Breakfast was amazing with great coffee - and I am a coffee snob! Perfect location - just a 15 minute walk to many main attractions. All in all I would stay there again."

"Nice hotel for the amount of money spent. Decor was nice and the breakfast was great. It's in a great location in relation to the train station. However, as a female solo traveler this hotel may be a tad intimidating if you are walking. If you are in an Uber, you won't have to worry about much. But I would still recommend this hotel."

"Property was clean. Rooms were quite small and had its quarks. Window faced an emergency exit which was odd. Be aware of the location though. It is not in the best area of town. After finding out it is in the Munich “red light distinct “ so night time is not so family friendly. Staff was nice and helpful but not staffed 24/7."

"Pros: location, great staff, rooms were clean & well designed.
1st is close to train terminal on a quiet side street. S8 is easy to take from here. It has a nice patio and bar. Staff were attentive & kept my bags for most of the day while I was in Innsbruck. I’m so glad I came across with this boutique hotel while looking to add an extra night to my stay in Munich. I wished I had stayed my 3 other nights here. The only downside was that they didn’t serve food at the bar."

"The only thing that I say that I didn't really like was we were across from a whole row of restaurants that were open till 10:00 to midnight. It was warm enough we slept with the windows fully open and even if you get past the fact that you have 14 neighbors that can look right at you while you're sleeping, the noise is more difficult. Also they have delivery trucks that start about 6:00 in the morning and trash trucks as well as glass recycling, food waste trucks, delivery trucks etc etc. But...

"Trotz aktueller Baustelle vor der Tür hat das Hotel eine gute Lage in der Nähe vom Rosenheimer Platz. Die Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof sind schnell erreichbar. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und war praktisch eingerichtet. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Kitchenette. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausgewogen. Bei vollem Betrieb ist der Frühstücksraum eng, aber sehr gemütlich. Im Keller befindet sich ein kleines Fitnessstudio."
