"I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

"The staff in the reception area are all smiles and have top-class interaction with you as you check in. However, they are minimal in the sense that you don’t encounter them as you go through the complex, which adds a home-like vibe. I absolutely love the room! When I first saw it, I was blown away. "The beds and pillows were very comfy. We enjoyed the 2 bed 2 bathroom option as an affordable option for a quick overnight stay with our friends. Only suggestion: we would prefer some fresh milk rather than the long life capsules as we couldn’t find a place to buy fresh milk. But that is our only complaint!! Will be back again."

"The Hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. I like to stay here because the prices were affordable, and I was able to walk everywhere because it was very close to shopping and food areas.
