"I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back."

Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. "This was a wonderful stay. I went during summer and the pool was a welcome amenity for the sweltering days. The hotel is near Connaught Place and most of the attractions are a short ride away. I also want to compliment the cleaning staff. I was away for 2 days on an excursion and when I returned to the room, it was beautifully cleaned and the staff thoughtfully left nail polish remover, nail clippers and a file. I’m not sure if it was because of an earlier request for a pedicure (which their spa...
