"We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic — just a few minutes' walk from Bologna's historic center. We were able to see everything on foot. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was super responsive, provided clear instructions, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We’ll definitely come back and will gladly recommend it to friends and family!"

"Residence Studio Vita was a home away from home. It has everything you need, spacious corridors, and close proximity to many amenities. There were great shopping and restaurant options around. My family loved being able to walk around the streets of Bologna and explore what they have to offer. Would recommend staying here with a group!"

"I loved this apartment, very clean, pleasant, kind of luxury, very good location, close to the Bologna Centrale, very well recommended, i will come back 1000 times, i just love it "

"We stayed in a bungalow for 3 days, staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served delicious food (I had tortellini) and where we stayed was clean and spacious and had a tv which was excellent. Only downside was the pool not being open during our stay and us not being made aware of a bus strike that meant we had to walk into town on one of the days but otherwise no problems!"

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"Cute, clean place to stay. The street can be a little loud at night but that's only because of the active nightlife. Parking is challenging in this neighborhood so keep that in mind if you're renting a car. "

"Even though the property is a little bit outside of the city center, it can easily be reached within a 15/20 minute walk and there are plenty of buses at the street corner. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Pietro is great at communicating and lives nearby if necessary. There are also a lot of supermarkets and cafes in the neighborhood. Make sure to ask Pietro about the local restaurants; he knows all the good, non touristy places. "
