"Great communication from the lady at reception. Rang to ask about my arrival time. Had the heater on and the room was nice and warm on arrival. "

"A fabulous property for our family. It has everything you need. A great location to the city, Hornby shops, Riccarton mall and dress smart. Great contact by the owners. It is close to a main road however it is easy to get in and out when you understand the road. "

"Quiet, cozy room with well equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed. Great to arrive to a warm place to stay and the breakfast cereal was very helpful as the shops are 15 minutes away. "

"This house was perfect for our needs. We are a large family who needed to be close to relatives living in the area. House was modern, spacious and met all our needs. Had outdoor table and BBQ which we used. 2 living areas with giant TVs which the kids loved. Lots of appliances including a coffee machine (with generous quantity of pods supplied). Is located in a very quiet suburban area. Will definitely be back as location suits us perfectly to be close to our family. Thanks for having us. "

"Lovely quiet location but short distance by car to Hornby, if you want to go shopping.Property had everything we needed.Beds were comfortable.Great communication, would stay again."

"Would have preferred being able to close the gates as the spa area felt very exposed to the street. It was clean random items left in the fridge though but most like from previous people. Great communication with host. Shower was amazing couch was also comfortable. No filter on tap bottle water would have been really appreciated. Coffee machine great touch."

"Excellent place to stay. Clean, tidy, quiet and well appointed. Close to hornby and not far from the city on the motorway yet tucked away in the countryside. Great for a family. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here with our bridal party during our wedding weekend. Everyone was blown away by it and the kids had so much space to run and play. The only downside is I kept having to hear “you could have just got married here” all weekend "

"The house is nice, in a quiet neighborhood close to a bus stop and a bicycle trail to the city. The bathroom is very small and doesn't have any towels rack which is very inconvenient. "
