"Loved staying here while attending an event at Mohegan Sun! The location is super convenient, close enough to the casino without paying those casino hotel prices. Definitely a more affordable option, and the short drive makes it worth it. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I have an event at Mohegan Sun!"

"I was very surprised that the room did not have a microwave. When I asked the Desk Clerk about it, I was told that some rooms did not have microwaves due to the full
occupancy of the Hotel. That did not help me after I purchased two frozen snacks.
I had a major issue with Expedia, when I asked to add one day to my reservation.
When I called Expedia, I was unable to understand the agent and had to repeat my request and information over and over. I needed to use one letter at a time several...

"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool, and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). If this was half the...

"I was traveling with my dog. It was quiet, clean and the room was spacious. Love the bath tub. It was great for my dog too. Area to walk her was large and the supply waste bags for dogs. Only issue was the closet door, it didn’t close properly and it stayed open, it can be dangerous during the night with no lights on. Staff was friendly and efficient."

"Friendly front desk staff. Were on top of coffee / hot water / tea all the time - even at weird hours - which was really nice. Free Breakfast was pretty meh as far as eggs go, but it was definitely typical for what you would expect there. Plenty of other food to eat! Room was very clean. The shower was awesome - super hot water, high pressure and the shower nozel was at an appropriate height (weird comment, but for taller people this makes a big difference). Wish we had brought swim wear as the...
